All passengers must bring valid identification (personal identity card or passport) along with the airline ticket and luggage to check-in. Once the check-in has been completed and the hold luggage accepted a boarding pass will be issued. The service is available every day from 06:00 to 18:10.
On the boarding pass you can find the boarding time, gate number and the seat assigned on the aircraft. Please make sure you keep this safe as it will be required at security control and at boarding point. From 23 hours up to 1 hour prior to departure Swiss offers the opportunità to check-in via mobile phones connected to internet. Just go to mobile.swiss.com on your mobile phone and after checking in you will receive the boarding pass as an SMS or as an email directly on your phone without need to print it. All travellers with a VWP must anyway apply for a travel authorization via the Electronic System of Travel Authorization (ESTA) at the latest 72 hours prior to departure.
